Attempt to re-format the USB drive.
Some USB thumb drives may not have a designated name. To resolve this issue, use a PC to either re-format the USB drive or re-name it. Please note that this solution may not be effective for all USB thumb drives. We recommend using the USB drive that is supplied by Raytech.
